David Hertz ECNY

David Hertz

David is the Administrator of The Endoscopy Center of New York. He is responsible for the overall strategy and operations of the center. He also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of New York Gastroenterology Associates, a leading independent gastroenterology practice.

Prior to ECNY, David was a corporate strategy consultant at KPMG and a restructuring advisor at Alvarez & Marsal. He also worked in investment banking and held leadership roles in a public company. Mr. Hertz received an MBA from the Yale School of Management and graduated summa cum laude from Cornell University.

Tricia Lu
Director of Operations

Tricia Is the Director of Operations at The Endoscopy Center of New York. She has administrative experience from a number of healthcare institutions, including Massachusetts General Hospital and the National Cancer Institute. Most recently, she served as the administrator of the Division of Liver Transplantation, Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Surgery at Weill Cornell Medicine. Tricia received her Master in Healthcare Administration degree from Columbia University, and her Bachelor’s from Wellesley College.

Robert MacFadyen, JD
Director of Compliance

Robert is the Director of Compliance at The Endoscopy Center of New York.  He manages the center’s compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements and oversees our quality and risk management programs.  He was previously Director of Accreditation and Regulatory Affairs at University Hospital in Newark, NJ, and held management roles at Saint Peter’s Healthcare System and Rutgers University Behavioral Healthcare.  Robert holds a JD from Widener University School of Law and is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Leonida Lacdao, RN, BSN, MSN
Director of Nursing

Leonida is the Director of Nursing at The Endoscopy Center of New York. Overseeing clinical operations, Leonida leads our dedicated team of nurses, endoscopy technicians, and medical assistants.  Leonida has over 20 years of experience as a clinical leader.  Most recently, she was the Administrative Nurse Manager overseeing the cardiothoracic ICU, the surgical ICU, and the coronary care unit at Montefiore Medical Center. She has served as a Nurse Manager for several hospitals, including Mount Sinai St. Luke’s Hospital Center, St Vincent’s Hospital Center, and Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. Leonida is an active member of the nursing community and was elected to serve 2 terms as the NYC Chapter President for the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. Leonida received an MA in Nursing in the Executive Role for Nurses program from Columbia University, and a BS in Nursing from Philippine Women’s University.
